The game is out a month or so and it’s currently in closed beta, in which they invite people in waves. Today our blog account has been selected to participate in it, however we have no intention to use the key for our site

Do a survey, get Cities In Motion

Paradox Software made a forum post and several tweets about a survey they’re doing at the time being.
As far as I can tell, every person who completes the survey will get Cities In Motion as a gift(I’m not sure if on Steam or not).
